21 weeks today, story, and need help!

We know we're having a boy, baby started kicking more a few days ago and I feel a lot more movements. Don't know about you but my back is killing me latetly. I dont take medications just my choice so resting has helped me out (when I actually have time). I have milk!!!...yes milk coming out of my nipples. Only when hubby messes around with them. And have been thinking of naming the baby Josiah, give me ur ideas on a middle name. We have a Spanish last name (Escamilla) but I don't care that it's mixed.
