Previously pierced nipples affected breastfeeding?

Question

Just wondering if any of y'all had any difficulty breastfeeding after your nipple piercing had healed? Mine were pierced roughly 3 years ago, one came out about 2 years ago and the other last year. Any info or tips are appreciated :)

My mom couldn't breast feed because of it but I also know people who could. I think it depends on the placement of the piercings.

I've has my nipples pierced in 2013 and got pregnant the following year... literally 3 months after my year anniversary of being pierced. My hubby got me new piercings because I lost the balls to them and by the next day when he walked through the door with them I found out my young skin is too good. They healed on one side only though. When I breastfed my daughter I found that during let down or when I pumped milk came from two sites. My nipple and the exit site of the needle on both nipples. I know some women have an issue with scar tissue blockage or something of the sort. I think it's the placement of the piercings and whether or not you gauge them
