What do y'all think?

I just made 35 weeks yesterday :) I have been having appointments twice weekly because my last one was a preemie. As of this past Monday I was dilated to a 1.5- 60% effaced - but my cervix was still very hard. Well, I had an appointment today and he said I was closer to a 2- still 60% effaced- and my cervix was 1/3 of the way soft? (Whatever that means) I also lost a chunk of my mucus plug yesterday. By the way- I had a 3D ultrasound and Etta's head is measuring 38 weeks😳 she currently weighs 6lb1oz and is head down and very very low. What do y'all think? Baby soon ??
