sex during pregnancy

Hey ladies, I'm 12wks pregnant and since we found out, my partner and I haven't had sex. We are just too anxious incase I miscarry, as we have had two miscarriages before.. both were between 8-9 weeks. We have had oral sex but not full on penetration.. how do you all feel about having sex during pregnancy? Did you stop & then start again at a certain point?
