The way a guy dresses...

Hey ladies, I'm seeing someone right now and we've been talking off and on for about 5 years now so I've gotten to know him pretty well. One thing thats kind of a turn off for me is the way he dresses. He sags his pants a little and wears earrings. Most people who see him for the first time would say that he falls under the "gangster" category. What do you ladies think about men wearing earrings and chain necklaces? He's really a good guy- has his own house, drives a nice truck, is VERY respectful of me and always there to help me with ANYTHING, has a good job, takes care of his parents (they're sick), is great with kids, etc.  But how do I look past the way he dresses? I worry that if things get serious and I introduce him to family that they will judge him right away and think he's a "gangster". I know I shouldn't care but its hard not too.
