So I'm 19. I live with my SO. Growing up, I never had to clean besides in my room. No one ever taught me how to clean, cook, etc. I know how to bake. My guardian taught me. But now that I live with my SO, I want to have a clean house and know how to do these things. Any advice on sanitizing bathrooms, general cleaning, deep cleaning, anything? I feel really stupid for asking this and I feel extremely useless and naive. I'm so angry at everyone in my life who has never taught me how to clean properly that was supposed to teach me these things. I know how to sweep, mop, vacuum, do laundry, dust, stuff like that. The basics, but as far as deep cleaning and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, no idea. We also have stairs and no matter what I do, they're dirty again in like five minutes. It's so frustrating. Any way to keep them clean or is that just how stairs are? No judgement, please. I also didn't know what to put this in so I'm just putting it health and lifestyle.
