36 weeks with di/di twins and not even close!

I have my c-section scheduled at 38 weeks so I know it's right around the corner. I am just so miserable! I can't sleep or walk to the kitchen properly. I see doctors twice a week for an NST and ultrasound and there are no signs of even being close. How is my body handling this?!? Everyone keeps saying "twins come sooner" but NOOOOOOOOOO mine want to stay in there an chill longer. I know I should be grateful that they're healthy and supposedly weigh over 6llbs each but I literally whimper with every move I make.
