I'm 36w & 4d I was diagnosed with GD a while back and I've never had any issues with my sugar except once or twice up until now during this pregnancy. I have a huge family history of diabetics and I had an issue in the past with being juvenile diabetic, the medication they had me on back then made me so sick, but they're controlling it now with just dieting. I obviously know I should tell my doctor but I'm scared they're going to try and put me on the medication to control it and I really don't want to constantly be sick with it.
