I drink caffeine and it doesn't even effect my baby at all. She doesn't get hyper or anything. There will be a million people who say no for a million different reasons but my doctor said it's fine and I'm going to listen to a medical professional before anyone else

That chart is way off. I mean yes it depends on the roast of the coffee for how much cafffiene there is in it, but you're average cup of medium roast is under 100mg. I was told by my doctor I could have 2 cups of it a day.
And espresso shots can actually have less caffeine then a cup of coffee. I usually get a 2 shot drink.
My baby is healthy. I'm healthy. It really helps if I've been constipated and with my energy levels because I have zero energy most days.
Also, considering I don't see where this chart and information is coming from, I'm going to trust my doctor over a website. 
Kudos for doing research! I love moms who do research and if it was from a credible place, even better. I just can't see that right now, so again, sticking with what my doctor told me.

I'm soooo done drinking caffeine while pregnant. I've always been so sensitive, but the effects have heightened during pregnancy. I get super shaky, anxious, and I have to pee so much! It's not worth it for me. Plus my baby gets restless for HOURS after :( Makes me feel bad!
