How far up is the uterus at 14 weeks?

I swear I've been feeling little butterflies and taps maybe two or three centimetres below my belly button... but I had no idea if my uterus is really that far up and what information I've found on Dr Google is contradicting, though I think it's possible for my uterus to be that high up already since I'm a fairly short girl, but where was everybody else's uterus around 14 weeks pregnant?
