I love her but I'm going crazy!

My 8 weeks old was a great baby; eat, sleep play until she hit 6 weeks and now all she does is fuss when she's eating, sleep and cry all the time when she is awake! It's just me as my fiancé works away and with a constant sore head I think I'm losing the will to live! I can't leave the house to even go food shopping cause she just screams the place down 😭 all I want to do is cry! Any advice?x
