How to announce pregnancy to SO

I had a really good plan and ordered a personalised baby grow and gave him it with the positive pregnancy tests it was amazing he was so happy and then 4 days later I started bleeding and wasn't pregnant anymore. That was obviously upsetting but I am upset that I used my idea and now dont have any more for when I hopefully get pregnant again! Can people share the ways they done it for some inspiration please ☺️
