WHY DO I EVEN TRY AND DIET

Sooo I just went on a diet , lasted 15 days lost 5 kg , then I went on a massive binge and put on what I lost and more in 4 days help!!! Why can't I control myself

I don't know what kind of diet you are doing....but don't go from one extreme to another. If your cravings are chocolate, have a small piece here or there. So maybe you won't get to that place where you feel the need to satisfy your cravings with an overdulgent amount.  Good luck.

Also try smaller diets. Where you only take away certain things at a time, as a body cleanse. Don't be upset with yourself!

I've heard that cravings don't go away or are easier to control after a month or two of dieting.  This meaning that if you were eating healthy for a month it will be easier to contain yourself from having junk.  Another problem is when going on a strict diet your body craves it even more.  You have to eat foods that are healthy and at least got some flavor to it.

Did you really put everything up in 4 days? I don't think so babe, relax, and remember it's not about being skinny, it's all about your health, so it's better to be healthy 15 days and then break it 4 and then 15 healthy days, everyone is different, add some workout to your life so you are more relax about what you ate I love BBG workouts cuz they are short.

I'm with you I binge ate last night too. But it's ok I just keep trying that what life is about.
