It's the perfect image to measure the crown rump length for the measurement for a size estimate. We can't always get profile pics as this stage because they are still so small. Looks great. :)

It's the angle of the ultrasound- the tech could provide a profile shot if you want

It's not Weird. They can often tell that something is there and will essentially look that direction even before they can see. Both my girls have given lots of pics like that. We had to do 3 ultrasounds to get a good side profile with my first daughter, she was always looking at the probe.

Why would it be weird? It's my understanding that they move and flip around a lot!
