is this all bloat??

I'm currently 8 + 6 weeks with my second baby and I literally look like I've swallowed a football! I started showing early in my last pregnancy (11 week) but at 8 weeks and this size? I know you show earlier with your second but I was expecting 10 weeks! I know baby is only tiny but in my last pregnancy when I was showing I asked my midwife if it was bloat and she told me it wasn't, I just had a little baby bump 😂
