milk supply 😞
I am having such a hard time with my milk supply. My baby mostly refuses my breast (after figuring out the bottle is less work for her) but HATES the taste of formula! Even with exclusively pumping, I am only able to get out 1-2oz each boob😞
I don't want to give up on bf at all, but I'm feeling so discouraged with my milk supply. I eat healthy, I stay hydrated, and take my prenatal son, but I'm still struggling.
