please give me advice

My doctors office just called me, and they told me something along the lines of they looked at my ultrasounds and everything seems normal. She said that there seems to be heart complications. What could this mean?? She didn't really explain anything and she said I should schedule an ultrasound within the next few weeks. Has anyone else had this happen?? Please help I'm so worried...
