So my boyfriend and I have been dating for two years and started ha being sex seven months into our relationship and since than we have sex every time we see each other. We both lost our virginity to each other. Is that healthy in a relationship or do we have to slow it down?

Answer

Sex is different for every relationship. If YOU feel like it's too much, or you don't want it as often, then slow it down. Same goes for your partner.
But. I know when we were 2 years in, we had sex almost every day. We're 3 years in and it's slowed a little (2-5 times a week), but that's just us.
You do you.
Side note: if your sex life is interfering with your daily life (late to work/school, cancelling plans to have sex, missing appointments), then you need to slow it down.
