scar tissue from a c-section?

I have been booked in for a d&c in 2 days time following the diganosis of a blighted ovum today but I also have to have a laparotomy via keyhole surgery as on the u/s it showed up that my C - section scar (previous pregnancy with my son) some of the scar tissue had come away and as a result was bleeding alittle, causing irratarion and causing me discomfort around my scar area. Feeling very nervous as to what to expect - I know with the d&c they are pretty much straight forward procedure but I'm worried about the scar tissue situation. Just wanted to know if any of you have had any personal experiences of having surgery to remove scar tissue from a previous C - section scar? And the outcome and anything else that may be beneficial to know.
