Just an guess? Help appreciated

So my period started on the 2nd and ended on the 6th and I had unprotected sex 3 or 4 times where he came in me since then with my SO and I believe I'm ovulating but this time it's weird...most of the symptoms are fairly similar to my norm except for this time I can feel like a lump in my right breast and both breasts feel like I have implants or something, they're stiff...now this lump doesn't feel irregular shaped or hurts or anything but rather like a lobe that's a bit swollen...I've never been pregnant before and was wondering if this could be a sign?
