Hey guys I'm 17 years old and currently I'm 6 weeks and 1 day pregnant I've been feeling like crap all night long and I'm having cramps in my stomach almost like someone is stabbing me its a lot worse then period cramps and I feel like I'm going to throw up but I haven't thrown up yet and I'm kinda scared is this normal
