Sore bump

I know many of you will just say go to see your doctor but I already have they have no explaination and jus ignored me but the top right hand side of my bump is sore like the skin is so sensitive their I even feel it rubbing in my clothes when I walk and previously to this I had sharp pains underneath the same patch of skin mostly if I stand up to fast or stretch out to fast is this normal ???
