Pregnancy for now... however once you are 30 weeks plus you may start having your gallbladder issues again as things become more hard on your liver. I usually mix 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with apple juice to help relieve the uncomfortable feelings. It helps rather quickly within 5 to 10 minutes of drinking it.

Your chance of gallbladder issues rise when pregnant or so my surgeon told me and thats why we decided on the operation and not to wait for a next attack. Saying this heartburn is a regular staple of pregnancy and i wouldnt chalk it up to gallbladder. Try not to eat too much fried food though just in case so as not to aggravate the gallbladder if your worried about having an attack.
