help, advice?

So my daughter is 7 weeks old and she will only sleep if she is in the bed with me. Usually she will sleep either on my chest or on my arm. I know I know, co sleeping is bad... but it's the only way she will sleep period! Well here lately she will only sleep if she's on my chest nuzzled into my neck. I'm worried shes not getting enough oxygen with her face being like that. Also she's been very restless during sleep... is this normal for babies? She will go to sleep but it's like she will wiggle around till she wakes herself up. Please help! I really want to get her to sleep in her own bed but she refuses. Any advice?
