idk if my one month old is sick

My son been doing like a one two cough that sounds a little dry and his nose sounds a little congested but he breaths fine. He don't have a fever either . I would have to wait until Monday to take him to his doctor to actually find out for sure.. I just want other mothers opinion I'm a first time mom and can't get over the fact he might be getting sick or is sick out of my brain
