it hurt

So me & my boyfriend were having sex the other day & he decided to pull my legs up& try to go in that way & I swear that hurt soooooo bad. Like no other position hurts like that. I love doggie & riding but when he had my legs up & was just going all the way in I couldn't deal. We had to change positions. Why does just that position hurt? Anybody relate?
