FTM... 40 weeks 2 days... As of Wednesday I was 3cm dilated and 80% effaced. I've been having mild Braxton hicks and my mucous plug has gone. Laying in bed now and I'm feeling cramps, similar to period cramps, and lower back aches like in the middle of my lower back. Not sure if I should have myself on stand by since the back pain isn't just sciatica at this point and the period-like cramps are starting 😕
