👀 eye need your help

A little while ago I got up to walk up and down the halls a few times at work. I've been back at my desk for about 20 minutes and as soon as I sat down, I started eating a bagel. When I took my first bite, it was almost instantly that my eyes went really blurry. I can't even see my thumbs as I write this out. Has anyone ever had really bad blurred vision associated with a headache while pregnant? I'm currently 19 weeks.
