Does anybody else have sensitive skin/ eczema?

Question

I have been dealing with having both sensitive skin issue along with eczema for 11 years. I know that it never truly goes away, and I guess you could say that this realization is the most frustrating part of it all. Then again, after having it for this long, you'd think I'd be used to it by now, right?

Does anybody know of ways to deal with it, or possibly make it more easier to handle?

I've had eczema since I was young, all over my arms and back.

I get eczema on my hands. It was so bad that it hurt to move my hands. It bled a lot and was too dry. My mom had it too. She told me to get "CeraVe". It helps moistruize really bad dry skin. It was the only thing that helped it go away. Now my skin is back to normal.

I have super sensitive skin on my thighs, forearms, and face and I have eczema which gets really bad in the winter and beginning of spring especially on my forearms. I use cocoa butter lotion and aloe vera lotion too and it helps quite a bit

I have psoriasis and sensitive skin so it's a little bit different for me. I was able to get my breakouts under control by a prescribed ointment, getting more sun, and probably the biggest thing that helped me was swapping to soap free soap. I use dermaveen extra gentle/sensitive. And it makes a WORLD of difference. I'm just as clean and my skin stays pretty calm (as long as I avoid stress).  Seeing your doc to get an ointment and using soap free soap will be the biggest help to you. I doubt the sun thing would do much for you.

I've had severe exscema all my life, I have gone to dermatologist and allergist and have tried all the creams and drugs and everything, nothing ever works so I'm kinda just stuck dealing with it for the rest of my life

My brother is like too, and we buy baby soap for him, which works like a dream.
