Pregnant soon after c section 😕

So I recently found out I'm 8 weeks 3 days pregnant with baby #2 and my son is only 4 months old. Apparently I'm at high risk of having a premature baby and/or a baby with a low birth weight. I'm soo worried! 😓 I keep freaking out thinking my incision is going to open up when I get bigger. Has anyone gotten pregnant very soon after giving birth and having any complications? I really want to try having a vbac if my baby is small also..
