different symptoms different fathers?

I was pregnant two years ago (had an abortion ) now I think I am pregnant again (4/6 test were postive ) but my symptoms are different I am tired but last time I was more tired and my test were much stronger at this stage and implation was shorter (makes since )anyone else can give any information about this?
