Okay the hospital iam having my daughter at has changed its rules and regaurdless if u in labor or not they cant keep u till u at a 5 cm dilated iam at 3.5 and 80% effaced anyone else have this issue

My hospital won't keep you till 4cm. If I get there in labor but too soon to be admitted we plan to walk around the park for a while. We're an hour away from hospital so I can't go home and come back.

My hospital won't give you a room unless your water breaks or unless you're 6 cm. It's a little scary because you can go from 6 to 10 in a matter of minutes but if you stay near the hospital or just walk around the hospital until they give you a room then you should be fine!

Keep close to the hospital, maybe they have somewhere you can have some cafe or walk in the halls or outside. Good luck❤️

If your water breaks they have to admit you because you are at risk for infection.. Hopefully your water breaks

That is normal. They usually don't have enough staff or space for everyone and they see if as if you're not having the baby right now, then you're just taking away from those who are in active active labor.
