Cramps

Ever since I've gotten up and out of bed today at 11am I've been getting cramps and discomfort in my vagina/cervix. It will stop for a few minutes then come back for like 10 minutes straight. My baby boy has been moving like normal.

I'm a FTM and these cramps feel like period pains, but in my vagina/cerxix, they hurt, but it's not painful (if that makes sense).

I don't feel like it's labor, but my question is when should I go to the hospital if they don't subside?
