I'm 7 weeks today and my coworker thinks it's too early for me to be showing with my first child so she thinks I'm having multiples. What do you guys think?

When I first found out I was pregnant I thought I was months ahead of what I really was or that I was also having multiples cause I thought I looked so big. I was just super bloated. There's only one baby in me by the way lol
