Geez my bowels need to chill out!!

6 weeks and 2 days and I've been on a bowel rollercoaster lol holy moly..one day constipated the next day bathroom 5 times a day..with cramping of course! Shheesh..anyone else feeling these wonderful symptoms. Any advice? Id feel great other than this.
