when do you start to..

I am almost 9 wks. At first I had morning sickness but now I don't. I had bloat but now it's back to normal. I took a test and it still says pregnant and a digital still says 3+ . When do you start to show or atleast feel pregnant? This will be my first full pregnancy . I had a early miscarriage in august. I just don't feel anything. Is this normal . I just worry because I haven't had an ultrasound other than the one I had at the e.r  when I was diagnosed with a heartened miscarriage. But I stopped spotting . I just don't feel pregnant even when it says I am. I just worry.
