Remedies for constipation in newborn?

My baby is 6 weeks old and she hasn't had a bowel movement in 3 days. She is a breastfed baby and typically lets 3 or 4 go a day. I've tried pear juice and that doesn't work. Does anyone know where I can find something effective that actually works?

It's perfectly normal for an exclusively breastfed infant to go a few days without a BM, especially if they are going through a little growth spurt. Breast milk is so perfect for them that they can use absolutely everything with no waste. As long as everything is soft when it finally does come, don't worry about it too much.

A breastfed baby can go 10 days without popping. 
As long as the pop is soft it's fine. If it's little nuggets then it's constipation

Breastfed babies can go a long time without pooping. As long as it's a good consistency and baby isn't fussy, I wouldn't worry about it. 
My little one has been constipated since switching to formula around 2 months old. His dr said to try 1 ounce water with 1 ounce Gerber Apple-prune juice, twice a day. It worked great. She said for babies, pear juice works for some and for others, prune juice works.
