is it okay to feel physically hungry?
Hey ladies! I'd really appreciate your insight and comments ❤️ I've recently started a weight loss journey, but I want to make sure I do it the right way; with healthy eating and exercise. My whole life I've had a HUGE appetite so I know that part of this experience is cutting down on the amount of food I eat. My question is, is it okay to go to bed hungry or is this when my body will hold on to fat because it thinks I'm starving? I love food so I make sure to eat three meals a day, but often go to bed hungry.
