first post panic

So me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 3 months. But have been best friends for 5 years. Last week i was home from university and we had sex. We used protection and made sure that everything with thecomdoms were okay ( need to mention I was on my period, some people may have an opinion but it's not the point.)We had sex again yesterday and this morning i have started very lightly spotting. I've also been having really heavy nose bleeds. Anyone had this type of thing before? Is it just because we're not having sex often to it's the rubbing of my cervix?
