Burning Vagina

So 2 days ago I lost my virginity and I was spotting (it was brownish) and it didn't last long maybe 2 hours. Today I've been experiencing the worst burning sensation down there & my bladder is extremely weak. Every time I have to pee, the burn increases uncontrollably and blood is left in the toilet. I showered numerous times between these 2 days & throughly cleaned my vagina. Please help!
