Hey y'all, my name is Hannah.

I decided that today is the day to put my butt into gear, and lose weight and tone up! I am tired of looking in the mirror and going, "oh.." and I am tired of trying on clothes and not wearing them for weeks because of my bubble belly.

I went vegetarian in July of 2014 for weight loss and to get healthier. I then transitioned into being a vegan in April 2016 because of some reaction I was having to dairy. At first it was going great. I was losing weight, losing inches. But then I started eating the crap foods that were vegan. Now I want to stop this nonsense and get into shape.

I am twenty years old and I am pretty active. Pretty much, I just would like so opinions on workouts, meals, tips and any guidance you can give me.

And yes, I do love my body and who I am. I just want to be proud of it as well. ❤ thanks guys and much love to you! 😘
