Low sex drive at 22

Has anyone had an extremely low sex drive due to mental illness? I'm 22 with anxiety and panic disorder. I'm almost always dry... I'm not as horny as I used to be a few years ago and I feel bad because my fiancé wants to do something everyday. My friend told its because I'm bored which is not true because I'm inlove with my fiancé and cannot see myself with anyone else. You can hand me over the sexiest model in the world and my sex drive will still be low. Also being dry isn't good for those who are TTC. Could it be a sign of infertility?
