Negative HPT but positive blood test

Has anyone ever gotten negative hpt but tested positive from their beta blood test? Losing hope that my transfer didn't work as I see son many people getting BFP on 5dpt and 6dpt. I am currently 7dpt and still nothing. My beta is scheduled for Wednesday and I'm so nervous!
