freaking out a bit

Ok so I have a question I know this my sound dumb for some people but last night me and my husband were done having sex and I felt weird down there? Like sticky we always use the same condoms so I know it wasn't that! I went and found the condom and squeezed it and it had 3 pin holes in the tip of it! So now I am freaking out we desecided no more kids because I am happy with the way my body is after having 2 girls already! I'm getting my sexy back 🙈 but I am freaking out a little bit! HELP PLEASE!!!
