is it okay if Braxton hicks are painful?
It's not a lot of pain but all the sudden at the same time several areas of my stomach and back get tight and sort of painful like they were being pulled on. It's not like intense pain but it is somewhat painful and everything I've read says Braxton hicks are generally painless.
