c section

I had a c section 4 weeks ago, healed perfectly...but for the last week my left side of my belly is unbearable. I can't stand, walk, sit or even breathe at times for the pain and feels like there is something there at times. It's puffy and hurts to the touch. Is this normal? Be a hernia? I'm so scared that it's something major.
