Rejecting??

Question

I got my belly pierced for the first time a little over two months ago and the piercer said it will be very likely to reject or migrate. Does it look like it is healing right and just the swelling has gone down or is it starting to migrate or reject?

Usually a piercing will reject within the week of getting it pierced. However some piercings do randomly reject. Yours doesn't look like it has migrated or rejected (: keep up the good cleaning skills!

This is my rejected piercing 6 weeks after getting it done. It was fine the first 5 weeks but week 6, even though I’ve been cleaning it with sea water soaks and everything, started rejecting. (I could tell it was rejecting because I could see the metal bar in between the balls through my skin)

Looks nice and happy to me!!! Don't worry!! It takes a while for it to heal, don't play with it. I had to change mine early because my top ball fell out and in return caused my belly button to take longer to heal! So wait about 4-6 months before changing it or playing too much with it!! But it looks great!
