Is there a way?

Ok so the jist of my perdicument is that i am not 100 percent sure who the fauther of my baby is biologically. Im not asking to be judged so please don't. My wife and i desperately wanted a baby and since we cannot have one naturally we went to a friend who agreed to help us out. We cant afford to go to a doctor to have insemination done so we made the choice together. Well we had another friend who decided to come for a visit he has been over seas for 4 years and we decided to be nice and well you know. We used pertection and it didnt break that i know of but i was ovulating that week so i guess anything is possible. And the day before i was suposed to start my fertile week i got drunk with my best friend and him and i made a stupid choice and i slept with him. I know im a horrible person but things just got out of hand. Well now im pregnant and have 3 potential guys that could have (mostly 2 guys) gotten me pregrs. Im uber stressed cuz i made this stupid choice. Is there a way to find out the paternity before they are born or will i have to just buck up and deal with it when the baby comes. I guess that it doesnt really matter to much cuz my wife and i are the parents but when i told my supposed best friend he decided that he was no longer talking to me. And i havent even came out and straight up told him he could be the bio fauther. Im in a big mess and just want some advice i guess...
