period ? 2xa month??

So i had my Skyla insertion about a month ago. After insertion i had no bleeding or spotting. A month later (this month) i had my period the begining of the month and then 3 days later it stoped and as weird as it sounds i started my period again today. Is this normal ladies?? I normally only get my period for 3 days . And 1 every month. Help?? Oh and i wasnt on my period when i had it inserted.  Help pls ...
