Cpntractions..help

Having consistent contractions that are about 10 minutes apart. I am uncomfortable but not in any real pain. Could it just be Braxton hicks? I am 38 weeks and 3 days. Originally was supposed to be due Thursday but they changed my due date cause she was measuring little at first. I think I may be going into labor but since I am not in any drastic pain I don't want to waste a trip to the hospital just to be sent home..
